20 June 2013 i purchase mobiles of Rs.80000 and payment in one time in cash how should account for this transection in my books

20 June 2013 you can purchases mobiel phone in cash but
if is safe to make payment in one imprest a/c before purchase date by Rs. 20000/-
each transaction.


if you show 80000/- in a day no disallow u/s 40A(3)
cover under rule 6DD
