Hi,
X is a Regular dealer and failed to post some of the sale invoices in both GSTR1 and GSTR3b, for the march month. what to do?

Post it in current month GSTR 1 and GSTR 3 b with actual date of invoice.

Thank you sir, will it show the difference in sales for the financial year(march) in books of accounts and GST return?

It will be taken to the respective financial year in the GSTR 9 annual return hence no difference.
