my incometax refund are miss by me.please give me procidur to receive my refund cheque .

23 May 2011 visit the respective ITO and know the status, if refund is not issued then know the reason and follow up, if the cheque is issued but missing then department will issue a cheque after furnishing indemnity.

23 May 2011 i) Send a letter to CMP, State Bank of India at SBIFAST 31, Mahal Industrial Estate, Off Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400 093, Phone Number: 18004259760 stating the address to which the refund is to be despatched. Also attach an indemnity bond.

ii) Send a copy of the above letter and indemnity bond to your Assessing Officer.

iii) Retain a copy of the letter and indemnity bond with you.
