Mismatch name in verification of itr v

12 December 2013 Dear Sir,
I have E-filed of my friend's income tax return for AY 2013-14 on 10/12/2013. when I print out ITR V, I got the mistake of name in Verification column. the mane written in the first, middle and last name column are correct. What I do now? Kindly tell me and let me free from hassle.
