will minor get the house property as SOP if it is registered on name of minor?

Yes, Minor can claim any one of house property as self occupied property ..
Note that,All income which arises or accrues to the minor shall be clubbed in the income of his parent(except in few cases).
And also if an individual who transfers otherwise than for adequate
consideration any house property to his minor child not being minor married daughter shall be considered as deemed owner u/s 27 of income tax act.
