AS PER CIRCULAR NO. 45/2011 RELATED TO GUIDELINES FOR AVILABILITY OF NAME, WHETHER THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT OF MINIMUM AUTHORISED CAPITAL RS. 5 OR 25 LACKS FOR KEY WORD "INDIA' BETWEEN THE PROPOSED COMPANY NAME.
FOR EXAMPLE:- SETIA MARKETING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
THEN WHAT IS MINIMUM AUTHORISED CAPITAL.
FOR EXAMPLE:- SETIA MARKETING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
