14 January 2015 What attachments are required for filling FormMGT 14 ? Whether mgt 14 is required to file along with annual filling to roc?

15 January 2015 1. Certified true copy of resolution(s) along with copy of explanatory statement under section 102 (Mandatory in case resolution or postal ballot is selected at serial no 3).
2.Altered memorandum of association (Mandatory in case any change in MOA).
3.Altered articles of association (Mandatory in case of any change in AOA).
4. Copy of agreement (Mandatory in case agreement is selected at serial no 3).
5. Any other information can be provided as an optional attachment(s).

MGT 14is required to be filed within 30 days of passing resolution
