Merchandise export without physical movement

I develop a Die / tool & same is billed to my customer in US. It is not moved physically to US because I need to use the same Die / tool to manufacture the components which are physically exported to US to same customer.
What are the documents to be submitted to bank to collect the export proceeds of Die / Tool? No shipping bill can be given as there is no physical export.

According to law, when there is no physical crossing of goods, there is no export. Consequently, you can raise a single invoice as "Die manufacturing charges" - like a service invoice.
