can anyone suggest me how to draft main objects in Memorandum of association of a private company engaged in business of providing online shopping facility through its web portal just like snapdeal. Also the company will provide discount coupons to consumer that can be availed at various retail outlets with whom the company has MOU.

To carry on the business of online shopping, net marketing, multilevel marketing of consumer and other goods, internet advertising and marketing, creating virtual malls, stores, shops, creating shopping catalogs, providing secured payment processing, net commerce solutions for business to business and business to consumers, online trading in and out side India but does not include banking and money circulating business.
