I want to download a memorandum of a company which is incorporated on in the year 2000 can anybudy how to download it from MCA website

28 February 2014 yes the docs are available even for years before 2000.

you need to create an account at MCA, go to "View Public Documents", select company and make a payment of Rs 50 for viewing the documents. Once the payment is made, you can download all the documents available online with regards that particular company.
