what document are required to be submit for membership,what is identity card?

Fill form No. 2 alongwith attested copies of Final Marks Sheet, Articleship Completion Letter, GMCS Certificate, and DD.
If your form is complete then institute will send you an identity card having your photo, name and Membership no.
