Cash bills for medical reimbursement can be submitted but they can be claimed in the year only.

Our company has made completion to produce bills belong to same period in which we are going to claim of medical reimbus\rsement. for e.g i want to claim reimbursement from april 2009 to sept 2009 then i have to produce same period of bills. pl explain and give info about any notification is issued by income tax department.
