ABC Pvt Ltd company has paid group insurance to all employees (Mr.A).
Mr. A don't have any other health insurance except company provided ,
In this case Employee can claim a deduction up to 50,000/- on Medical expenses.(If Senior
Citizen)

Please suggest whether can i claim or not

If the person has to paid health insurance premium by himself , then he cant claim ?
If the Company paid employee health insurance he can claim Right sir?

12 June 2024 Here the difference is the medical expenses are for the diseases which may not included in the insurance, otherwise he can claim it from insurance company.
