Hi...
I have Transferred a under construct Residential house property . Value of property on Sale deed is Rs. 1 Crore.Buyer Paid me 60 Lakh and he discharged my liability towards builder amounting to Rs. 40Lakh.Now I want to invest my money u/s 54F. So what amount i need to invest to get exemption under that section.
