25 July 2020 when i try to register myself a a practicing professional on MCA site it throws below error

•User ID already exists for the above membership Details.

what does it mean and how can i check if i have any existing user ID?

25 July 2020 is there any way i can delete my existing MCA ID and then create a new one?
i have recovered my old MCA ID but unable to update it to my current email id also unable to update any other details including DSC. so can i delete it and then create new onw?
