WHAT IS MCA 21 PROGRAM ?

16 May 2010 It is a programme introduced by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). 21 is for 21st century. The programme relates to introduction of information technology related matters to the corporate procedures like registration of companies, filing of returns under the Companies Act, obtaining DIN etc etc.....
