in form no 32 what should be entered in category of directors? professional or independent? and why? please reply

Hi
If your company, is private limited company, then you select either promoter or professional, because, the Independent clause will not apply.
In case of public limited company, your management and appointing director terms will define whether he will appointed promoter/Independent/Professional.
