Is it required to file MBP1 ( Disclosure of interest be directors) before first board meeting of this year?
Even it is required if it is pvt co.

No need to file disclosure of interest with ROC.
However every director has to disclose his interest at the 1st meeting of the Board in every financial year in Form MBP-1.
