for the financial year 2014-15, what is the last date for taking on record the disclosures made by directors in form MBP-1?

There is no last date fixed as such, it has to be in the first meeting of the Board held in the financial year i.e 2014-15 for the existing director and for new director first Board meeting in which he is present.
