Respected Sir/ Madam,
What is the maximum no. of Tax audits a Chartered accountant can accept. Does this maximum limit include both tax Audit under Income tax act & Vat audits under MVAT Act both inclusive or whether an auditor accepting 45 IT tax audits is eligible to accept another 45 Mvat Audits.

For Income Tax - Tax Audit Limit - 45 Nos.
No such limit in Sales Tax.
For Company Audit - Limit is separate.
