good mprning to all expert,
i m little bit confeused about service tax.
my freind is a transporter and his gross receipt not more than 9 lakh. than sir will he register in service tax dept.and sir any co. deposit his service tax if he will give him service

yes. your friend need to register under service tax and need to charge service tax once the turnover crossing Rs.10Lakh
