can any 1 tell me that if i have no pan card than can any1 tell me that how can i get pan card without pay any fees.any side of it plz tell me the process.

Application of PAN card -Need to pay charge of Rs.94 and apply through form 49A

U won't get PAN card at free of cost because govt has fixed a fee for the same.
