good morning sir ,
plz reply of my these query i m from uttarakhand
1-I rec one bill of genrator repairing charges.which amt. is 47000 .but sir in this bill contrator show 42000 amt. matrial charges( which he used in genrator repairing) and 5000 amt is service charges( labour charges). than sir i want to ask u only that in which amt. i will deduct wct (work contract tax)of contractor and which amount i will deduct tds.of contractor. plz sir i requested u plz sir.. he is also include vat 13.5%g

Income tax is to be deducted on the gross amount of the bill under section 194C.
