Kindly clarify whether MAT is applicable for the Assessment Year 2007-08 to a Company whose income is exempt u/s 10B.

YES.MAT IS CALCULATED IGNORING INCOMES EXEMPTED UNDER SEC 10.
ONLY SEZ UNITS ARE EXEMPT FROM MAT.
