Mat & brought forward loss

13 December 2014 Dear Experts,

If a company has incurred loss in FY 10-11.
No significant profits were earned in FY 11-12 to 13-14, which can exceed the carried forwarded loss.

The Comapany still has unabsorbed C/f loss in FY 14-15.

My queery is whether any income earned in FY 14-15, which absorbs the whole C/f loss, will attract MAT ?
