will you please provide me the information whether under GST Regime we will charge GST to a Banking or Government organisation as a service provider, if it is not exempted then please please the related notification link.........

29 July 2017 Yes you have to change 18% GST on all including government if your annual turnover exceed 20 Lacs.

03 August 2017 Thank u for the reply, but here is one more qs. that previously in service regime the company did not charged the service tax on security mandate supply to bank.

04 August 2017 Reverse charge not applicable under GST for manpower supply. See GST provision on reverse charge.
