sir,
earlier we are registered in manpower recruitment/supply agency - we are in industrial painting line. If I have to raise IGST Bill ( I am in Mumbai and my client in Chennai / Gujarat ) Whether I have to apply only 18% IGST or I have to apply Cess also.
Please assist.
