Respected Sir,
I am working as a Primary Teacher and I dont get FORM 16 from the school. Can make FORM 16 for me if I give u my salary details and savings and investment details.

It is the duty of your School to issue you Form 16 within stipulated time.
If note then you can lodge a complaint.
In case no TAX was deducted then Form 16 is not applicable but salary certificate.

If TDS is deducted it is mandatory for employee to issue form 16, if no TDS is deducted then also yo can request for the same.

You can not Form16.
Please note if you are making FORM 16 then also there is signature of Authorised signatoy required on form 16.
