21 February 2010 Can we record the minutes of meeting on computer and after signing the smae put these papawers in a file. Is it vailid or have to maintian proper book by hand written.

23 February 2010 Maintaining Minutes in loose leaflets is valid so long as their are bound and numbered at regular intervals.

No need to maintain it in handwritten registers.
