Main objects of Electric Motors and Other Electrical Appliances Company
1. To carry on the business of manufacturers, importers, exporters, sellers, buyers and dealers whether as wholesalers or retailers of all kinds of electric motors and in particular fractional horsepower electric motors and to undertake its repair and maintenance and to carry on the business of manufacturers, importers, exporters, sellers, buyers and dealers in all accessories, articles , apparatus, equipment and goods which may seem calculated to promote on to in capable of being used in India with the use of electric motors.

2. To manufacture and deal in metals, substances and materials of all kinds which may be useful or conveniently employed in the manufacture of electric motors and in machinery apparatus, tools, articles and things used in the manufacture of electric motors.

3. To manufacture, repair, purchase, sell, import, export or otherwise deal in generators, switchgears, transformers , wire and cables, lamps, fans, fittings, electro medical and X-Ray apparatus, heaters, radiators, ovens, refrigerators and air conditioning equipment.

4. To carry on the business of electricians, electrical and mechanical engineers and to buy, sell, manufacture, repair, recondition, alter, let on hire and deal in electric motors, electrical apparatus and goods and hand ware of all kinds.

5. To manufacture and / or produce and / or otherwise engage generally in the manufacture or production of or dealing in electrical kilowatt / hour meters, magnets, electromagnets, power cables, industrial jewel, ammeters, voltmeters and other types of measuring instruments, electrical or non electrical, die castings, screw, nuts and bolts, transformers of all types, circuit breakers, punched card machine, computers and calculators, hoists, elevators, trolleys and coaches, winches, power generators, magnetic separators, winders, air compressors, welders, fans of all types, switches and motors of all types, drill, electric grinders, air conditioners, refrigerators, domestic washing machine, television and wireless apparatus including radio receivers and transmitters, electronic instruments, diodes, transistors and allied items, watches and clocks, cameras and any other household appliances and any equipment used in the generation, transmission and receiving of sound light and electrical impulses, and component parts thereof and other materials and products in India and elsewhere.
