HI, MY QUESTIONS IS THAT I WAS WORKING WITH A COMPANY, WHERE MY PROBETION PERIOD WAS 9 MONTH,AND I LEAVE THE COMPANY AFTER 7 MONTH, NOW AT THE TIME F&F HR IS SAYING THAT ONLY CONFIRMED EMPLOYE IS ELIGIBLE FOR LTA, IS IT CORRECT OR NOT?

LTA can be claimed during travel on taken leave, and this is totally based on the company policy only. Income tax act is giving only the taxabilty of the LTA payment
