16 April 2018 SUPPOSE ONE RECEIVE LTA FOR YEAR 17-18 IN FY 18-19 . JOURNEY WAS PERFORMED IN 2017. THEN CAN THAT JOURNEY CLAIMED IN 18-19 RECEIPT FOR FY 17-18. ANY CASE JUDGEMENT OR CIRCULAR FOR THIS HELP.
