Sir
f/y 2008-09, three parties deduct
tds. 26as shows only two deductors and refund me for that two. The third one is PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK. They issue me the TDS certificate of Rs. 6008. Now 26as do not show this deducted tds by bank in 26as detail. Bank says, we had issue you the TDS paid certificate 16a, .now pls get out
Sir pls help, now ,how i can get my refund.

if you file online return then refund will be given on the basis of 26AS.One thing you can do .write a letter to bank to rectify the tds return and CPC along with copy of this letter and tds certificate.
