Lost pan acknowledge

Hi All
In 2007 i had applied for PAN, i had got the acknowledgement no. also but somehow lost it, but didn't get the PAN card copy, wherein my date of birth was also wrong.
in 2015 i again applied for pan, got the pan card copy, will i get any notice for penalty for appying 2nd time, i don't hv any supporting doc. against 1st application.
what should i do now?????????
