21 December 2010 SIR,
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK A VERY COMMON QUESTION REGARDING THE LOST OF PAN CARD .
IF A PERSON LOST THE PAN CARD AND HAS APPLIED FOR NEW CARD AND INCOME TAX ALLOTED TWO PAN CARD IN SAME PERSON AND NOW THE PERSON WANTS TO SURRENDER TO PAN CARD. THEN TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROCESSOR AND AFTER SURRENDER HE CAN FACE ANY TROUBLE.

22 December 2010 Please surrender any one card.
If there is no improper use of the card, there will be no problem.

You may fill up "Request for New PAN Card or/ And Changes or Correction in PAN data"
Form. Pl mention the PAN No which you are going to be cancelled in Para No 10 of the Form.
