Lost acknowledgment copy of form submission

06 October 2012 dear experts,
i applied for registration for ipcc direct filling the form and graduation result attached with a DD of rupee 11000 on 14/9/2012 lost my acknolegment copy on which i have provided books

now i don't have any proof of submission of doc. And DD except my bank record what to do....?

06 October 2012 but sir that acknolegment was nothing but the part of my ipcc registration form (the last portion of form) which they gave after stamping
