IS PRE EMI BEFORE CONSTRUTION IS ALLOWED AS DEDUCTION UNDER SEC.80C OR SEC 24 - LOSS OF PROPERTY FOR INTEREST REPAYMENT ON HOUSING LOAN TAKEN.

EVEN PRINCIPAL PAYMENT BEFORE COMPLETION OF HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AS DEDUCTION UNDER 80C
