Logo/design on share certificate & moa, aoa

recently we have incorporated a company.
we have a logo of our company. my query is, can we print a logo on share certificates and cover page of MoA & AoA.
or if a co. dont have its logo can a company print a design, picture on its share certificate or cover page of AoA & MoA??
(of-course the design, picture, photo is not any one Else's intellectual property)

29 August 2012 Yes, you can do so. Generally companies are doing this. This is practice.

That logo/design has to be registered trademark. If it is not then application for the same must have been made and that logo will have at its top right as TM.
