I want to give loan to my wife for starting business. To avoid clubbing Please tell me how do i make an loan agreement for this transaction what stamp paper do i need to buy and what deed(deed example or language) to be mention on the stamp paper.... Please help

You just need to draft a simple loan agreement and set out all the terms and conditions.
Use a Rs. 100 stamp paper.

You need not notarise the agreement. It is sufficient if both the parties sign the agreement. Also obtain the signs of a witness.
