14 March 2012 I want to give loan to my wife for starting business. To avoid clubbing Please tell me how do i make an loan agreement for this transaction what stamp paper do i need to buy and what deed(deed example or language) to be mention on the stamp paper.... Please help

14 March 2012 You just need to draft a simple loan agreement and set out all the terms and conditions.

Use a Rs. 100 stamp paper.

14 March 2012 Experts please suggest do i need to notarised the agreement or just need her signatures....

15 March 2012 You need not notarise the agreement. It is sufficient if both the parties sign the agreement. Also obtain the signs of a witness.
