LLP incorporation proof

19 January 2011 What can be the address proof of a LLP to be incorporated. The address of the proposed LLP is not the address of the Designated partner.

Since LLP is not in existence, what can be the proof. Urgent. Reply Asap

20 January 2011 well in that case you have to give address proof of any one of group company of which you want to register as a registered address of the LLP and simultaneously give NOC from the directors of the company to use the same address as the registered address of the LLP.
