Hi All
Can some 1 incorporate LLP with the same as of a Pvt Ltd already existing with NOC from that company ?
for Eg
Can ABC LLP be incorporated with NOC from ABC pvt Ltd
Can some 1 incorporate LLP with the same as of a Pvt Ltd already existing with NOC from that company ?

Can ABC LLP be incorporated with NOC from ABC pvt Ltd

Hi
If you got the NOC then you can use the brand name ABC but you can not do the llp business with same name.
