respected sir/mam
i want to knw that if a mfr is producing goods under his own brand name as well as in brand of other person in same factory at same time than what will be the criteria of availing cenvat credit

The criteria of the cenvat credit if you paid the duty on final products then you can take the credit on input or input services used in the manufacturing of dutiable goods.
