we will be recd.commission on sales approx.2lacs in f.y.2012.13 in this term we will be liable to pay service tax or not please define all the possibility .

As per section 66b you are liable for service tax
but if you gross recept doesnt exceed rs 10 lac you are not liable to pay service tax
