10 January 2014 i recd a letter from it dept that i had not filled itr for 2010-11 and 11-12. what is the procedure now. will they send notice us 148 and whts d procedure after that...

11 January 2014 check whether your income tax taxable or not??? if it was taxable, then meet the AO and file the return manually and pay appropriate tax...if the income was below the exemption limit, reply saying that income was not taxable.

as of now 148 is not being issued.
