Authorized person means a person having permanent employment in the organization is eligible to sing on the legally notice .office boy is also authorized person for receiving notice and record taking in dispatch register. No definition is given in any laws of authorized person its depend upon the employer authorizations .following condition must be fulfill –
1 permanent employee
2 in the absence of concern authority

And notice is singed by only concern person if due to some reason concern person is not available in the office then those people which is authorized by the board of director for that purpose is eligible to singe legally notice either CS CEO or manager or any directors may be
