Hi Friends
PLease help me to sort out my query
Our company provide Ltc to our heads, Our Company Start Giving Ltc to them from 1ST APRIL 2005. Two person of our comapny travel 28-12-2005 to 31.12.2005 for this they take imprest from company on 25.12.2005 and submitted the travell bill on 15.1.2006. i just wana know that in which year i have to take the travel and how many travel he can avail for the block 2002-05 and 2006-09 years and why?

Journey for the purpose of LTC is to be treated as having been undertaken in the block of 2002-2005
Date of drawing Advance or Imprest and Date of submitting Bill are immaterial for deciding the block period.These dates are for purely administrative record

YOU HAVE TO UNDERTAKE THE TRAVELLING FROM JAN.1 2002 TO 31ST DEC. 2005 FOR THE BLOCK OF FOUR CALENDER YREARS. TWO JOURNEYS ARE ALLOWED IN A BLOCK OF FOUR YEARS . LIKEWISE FOR THE BLOCK 2006-2009 YOU CAN AVAIL TWO LTCs FROM 1/1/2006 TO 31/12/2009.
