12 July 2010 If the policy of the Company is that leave encashment is not allowed, then whether provision in books of accounts required by any statute?

12 July 2010 If the leaves can be carried forward and the same can be taken by the employess in future years though not encashable then provision necessary.

If the leaves cannot be carried forward then no provision required.
