18 July 2009 bank has not deducted tds on payment of leave encashment amount ..... is there any special circular or notification for bank ,for not deducted tds on this amount...

20 July 2009 There isn't any circular for deducting TDS on Leave Encashment. But it is added in salary as its part and TDS is deducted if the person is having the salary above exemption limits.
