Late submission of Form 108

18 May 2011 My Articleship period completed on 31st March, 2011 but I haven't yet submitted Form 108 which is required to submitted within one month.

Now which documents and fees do I need to submit ?

Please help.

19 May 2011 The form should be submitted to the office of Institute within 30 days.In case of delay it has to be accompanied by request for condonation of delay together with condonation fee of Rs 100 in case of delay up to one month.
