Late submission of form 102, 103

23 December 2015 my franking date of form 102, 103 is 16/14/2015 and i am not submitting the form to icai because of some health issues. my query is can i submitting the form now ?? and delay fees payble on icai on which behalf and draft payble to whom behalf ?? please give me a answer

23 December 2015 First of all mention correct date... and as far as late fees are concerned only Rs. 100/- would be charged for first 30 days ... and Demand Draft need to prepared in the name Institute of Chartered Accountant of India payable at New Delhi..
